Portlands Energy Centre

Portlands Energy Centre is a state-of-the-art natural gas fired, 550MW combined cycle generation facility in the Portlands area of the City of Toronto.

WSN Construction’s scope of work included supply, fabrication and installation of complete pressure piping for two (2) – owner supplied (approx. 8000ft total – chrome moly P91, P22, stainless steel & carbon) with diameters ranging from 1” to 20”, all carbon & stainless piping systems (super heated) with over 7000ft for steam turbine.

Area 5 work included complete supply, fabrication and installation of carbon & stainless steel 1″ to 24″ piping systems, used for vents and drains for 2 HRSG’s.

WSN Construction was also responsible for installation of blow down tanks.
