Recently, John Barr reached his twenty year anniversary with WSN!As WSN’s Vice President of Preconstruction, John has over 40 years of experience within the construction industry. John is responsible for all projects undertaken by the company with respect to estimating, bid closures, job mobilization, staffing, cost control, quality control and assurance!
