Quality Assurance

Operations of W.S. Nicholls are guided by documented objectives. Our policy is to provide our customers with products and services of the highest quality and the greatest possible value, thereby gaining and holding their respect and loyalty. The essence of customer satisfaction is our commitment to quality, a commitment that extends to every phase of our operation. We work closely with suppliers to ensure that we receive the highest quality materials on time to meet our construction schedules. Once in the construction phase projects must be completed with superior workmanship at a competitive cost. Careful attention to quality enables us to meet or exceed our customer’s expectations. Completing a job properly the first time, and doing it consistently, allows us to employ fewer assets, reduce costs and contribute significantly to higher productivity. We believe that continuous improvements in what we do and the services that we offer can be achieved by increased quality.

At W.S. Nicholls systems are in place to control, verify and correct activities and materials during the construction process to ensure that events occur in an orderly and timely manner. To assist in this process, information necessary to do the job is available at appropriate points during construction to ensure consistent quality. Testing and recording during construction using appropriate equipment with valid calibration certification verifies the performance and quality of the final product.

We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality service and products available.
