WSN was honoured to receive the Technical Innovation Award at this year’s OPWA Virtual Annual Conference and Awards Ceremony!

WSN was recognized for our work on the Dufferin Renewable Gas project. Almost 50% of household waste (by weight) is organic material. This facility is the City of Toronto’s first renewable natural gas facility, estimated to be able to produce five (5) million cubic meters of renewable gas annually. WSN was responsible for the design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operation of the BMS and Injection Facility.

This success of this project is a step forward in protecting our environment and innovating for the future!
